How to configure my notification preferences?

This feature allows you to select how and when you receive updates about your bookings, daily and weekly overviews, and other essential alerts.

  1. Access the Notifications Tab from your profile: Click on the Notifications tab within your profile on elia.
  2. Manage Notification Settings: Use the toggle switches to turn notifications on or off according to your preferences.
  3. Customize Booking Reminders: Set when you’d like to be notified about upcoming bookings—for example, 1 hour or 30 minutes in advance.
  4. Select Notification Methods: For each notification type, choose how you’d like to be alerted—via Web, Email, or integrated tools like Teams and Slack.
